Hello, I try to burn with Otur 15W, when I try try to do it I got and note the says “There was a problem sending data to the Laser.
The machine may be busy or paused.”
what should I do to fix it ?

Are you sure you installed the drivers and setup the Ortur Laser properly? There is a category on this site called: Hardware->Ortur
Search that for setup instructions.
