Need to get another license couldnt remember my password so went to reset it but got a message that there is no record of my email. I have bought 3 keys over the last 3 years and have made an account for those.
Did you go to the license portal?
I didn’t think they actually changed your key, they update that key in their computer for whatever options you have purchased.
I finally got into my account. Had to create a new account to get access.
