Calibration axis and requested distance

I have CNC 3018 Pro.
The distance of X is 300 mm from edge to edge and the distance of Y is 180 from edge to edge.

I want to know what is the relation between requested distance and actual distance.

I am wondering how can I configure or calibrate the X and Y, because the drill is still going out the aluminum platform when I move Y and making noise when I move it to the edge of X. The drill is not detecting itself on the actual distance
