¿Cam500 necesita firmware o drivers específicos?; si es así, alguien puede indicarme de donde puedo descargarlos?.
Si no los necesita, ¿por qué no consigue mi lifgtburn encontrar e identificar mi cam500?.

No specific drivers required. It should be recognized as normal webcam. Check the Windows camera app.
If it does not appear in LightBurn, you might need to change the capture system in the main LB settings window (bottom-left).
