tengo licencia en tres pc pero quiero cambiar la licencia de una a pro y no puedo
que tengo que hacer

I have a license on three PCs, but I want to change the license on one of them to Pro, and I can’t.
What should I do?

You can only change the type of your complete license, not to single seats. But that doesn’t matter. Just upgrade your license and all three seats will have the Pro version from now on, but they will continue to work as before.
