Camera alignment capture issue

Hello , I am trying to reinstall my camera after changing the camera mounting. I did calibration and got a
as far as burning the targets into wood for alignment with no issues…
This is what I am getting when I try to do an image capture, this is second try, shut everything off etc. running a boss 1416,ruida controls.
it seems the camera is fine, leads me to think a software issue? ??

I have left it sit the way it is , to not have to go through calibration again… so any help is surely appreciated.

You should update to the latest release (0.9.09) if you can - go to Help > Check for Updates. There have been improvements to this and a few fixes that may help.
