Hi, I am new into laser cutting. Just purchased Creality Falcon2 Pro 22W. Set up Lightburn also, and I have done the camera calibration and camera alignment, several times. But I just can´t get it to be exact? When preparing my cut, using the camera, placing what to cut/engrave, it constantly misses it by a couple of centimeters. What am I doing wrong? Getting a bit frustratred?
Firstly, start learning without the camera. The camera is an additional add-on, useful for some special use cases, but absolutely not required for 99% of all jobs.
The camera setup is fiddly, and it only works for exact the same height you calibrated it on. If your workpiece is thicker than the paper you used to calibrate, it won’t work. Read this for details:
A camera is a nice addition to advanced users / usage. Don’t get stuck with it in the beginning. Learn the basics first.
