After being unsuccessful in burning out my Neje E80 22 watt module, I decided it was time to realign the camera. I have the LightBurn 5mp-150 which I was able to do the lens calibration easily. However, when attempting the camera alignment, everything works perfectly until it’s time to capture the image for the actual calibration. I can see the pattern easily on the cardboard using the LightBurn camera but it doesn’t show up on the image capture screen.
Focus is perfect with the Shape 1, 2, 3 & 4 easily seen on camera screen and well within the limits of the viewing. I’ve attempted it eight times using different coloured cardboard (all laying flat and all filling up the bed completely). I’m running version 1.7.08 and have no desire to upgrade to a newer version as I do the majority of my design in CorelDraw so there aren’t any real benefits to upgrading. I did try the 2.0 version previously but found it too buggy so I went back to 1.7.08.
Other than using Constant Creative Cussing and my 12 lb sledge hammer named Percy the Sledge, does anyone have any suggestions.
By the way, I’m a huge fan of LightBurn and am very thankful for the Developers. Even if I decide to stay with my current version, I intend to always renew my license because I believe it’s one of the best ways to keep great software great.
Maybe I should use an axe instead of Percy.
