Camera alignment issue

I ran the alignment wizard before running this. The alignment was fine. When I position the laser to spots on the overlay, it is correct and accurate.

I placed the item on the bed, updated the overlay…centered based on the overlay, and now it’s off a good bit where it lasered. The odd part, is if I position the laser to the spot on the bed, it goes to the correct spot. So for some reason, when it got the laser job, it shifted everything.

Any ideas? (Yes, the X/Y axis has been calibrated)

Do you use a pointer offset with this machine? When you placed the item on the bed, is the top of the item at the focus height of the laser? (IE, in the same plane as the alignment cut was done?)
