Hi, I’ve got ATOMSTACK A12 Ultra, it has enclosure with camera build in. After doing camera aligment everything is working fine but after few uses, material changing aligment if off.
I’ve done aligment few times already and every time it’s the same, working fine until it doesnt. Is there any compensation setting I should know about? I’m quite new to laser field

Please note that the calibration can only be used for one height, i.e. if you have calibrated your camera to 3 mm it will have a misalignment if your focus height is changed to 5 mm. (unless you have a movable machine bed, in which case the distance to the material surface remains the same)
It is also extremely important that the position of the camera does not change, this is often the problem with poor results. Half a degree out of angle gives a large deviation in X/Y.

So if I’m constantly changing materials there is no easy way to compensate for that? Only calibration?
EDIT: I found option to export and import camera settings. I understand that best option is to calibrate for each material height and save these settings for later.
