Also, lightburn is broken with Camera aligment window. It is not possible to print those 4 dots with UV laser, whatever power settings to put so i needed to make it myself and just click next.

UV laser sources are special, in that they always fire at 100%, but adjust the power with the Q-Pulse (Pulselenght) in Nanoseconds.
The Camera Alignment Wizard in version 2.0.05 is missing the necessary settings to adjust the power on a UV laser.

In the upcoming 2.1, it will be possible to access the entire Cut Settings. Here’s a preview of what that will look like:

Your workaround to manually print the target markers will work, if you consider a couple of things.

The four targets in the Camera Alignment wizard are just a 180mm square, centered in the workspace, scaled by the scale factor. The corners of the square are where the markers are placed.
