Camera control window not opening sometimes

Lightburn camera and mount is fantastic.
But, sometimes the camera window will not open. I can use the camera Icon and take a still, so I know the camera is working but the camera console won’t always open.
Any ideas as to what is going on?

I am keying on the word “always”. Where do you have that window display in LightBurn? Is it ‘docked’, or ‘free-floating’?

It’s free floating and usually opens in the top left corner until I move it.
