Camera focus quite poor

I got the camera installed and calibrated - and it works very well.

However, when I zoom in on the overlay - and I don’t mean very close even - the image is so out of focus it makes placement quite difficult.

Any way to improve the quality of that image?

120 camera on a 36x 55 bed.

You can turn the lens to adjust the focus, you will just have to peel away a little bit of locking goop on the outside to be able to turn the lens to focus it.
