Camera Lens Missing?

I just got my 66 deg camera and i was wondering about the lens. All the pics i see of the cameras have a lens that comes out of the case and mine does not. Is this something new or is mine missing it ?

All the pics i see of the cameras have a lens that comes out of the case and mine does not.

This is the lens, just packaged a little different for this camera. The little notches around it are how you turn it to focus.
