hi,I have instal your camera 160 degrees and after instaling and calibrating first few time run ok and later move itself left or right 10-20mm from object,I heve try few times and always is the same,please can you help me…thanx
Where is your camera mounted? If the camera moves even 1 mm, it’s going to throw alignment off. Especially if you have a good distance between the camera and the work piece.
What kind of machine do you have? Your profile doesn’t list anything.
It is chinese atomic laser 600x900,80w with ruida
Make sure that before you update the overlay, the top of the material is at the focus height of the laser. That focus height has to be the same as when you ran the alignment, too - if you use a lens tube or variable height laser head to focus, it mess up the alignment.
