Camera not available in Lightburn on my laser PC, but works on another PC

I have tested several generic USB cameras with Lightburn. Testing on 2 different Windows 11 PCs, all cameras work in various apps on both PCs, but the cameras only work in Lightburn on one of the PCs - typically, not the one that is connected to my laser. Lightburn on my laser PC doesn’t appear to recognise any cameras attached to the PC, regardless of USB port used. Same version of lightburn (1.7.03) on both machines. As I said, these cameras are installed correctly on the PC and work in other apps, just not in Lightburn on this particular PC, but are clearly compatible with Lightburn. Very frustrating. Any idea how to remedy this?

I’ve tried all the ideas I could find such as desktop app access permissions (all turned on), removing and reinstalling cameras in device manager.

Did you select / switch the camera capture system in LB settings?

Yes, tried that. I didn’t have to do anything to get the same cameras to appear in LIghtburn on another PC.Have decided to reinstall the OS on the affected PC.

OK, all sorted. Reinstalling Windows on that machine fixed the issue.
