Camera not showing picture

Just received my camera from thunder laser for my nova 35, ran my wire and connected to u disc cable then to my pc. I can open camera control and I see
Lightburn Camera, click on it but I don’t get a preview picture?

Yes it does, my laser has a usb port and i am using the cable from it to get outside the laser wish I could see how to add a picture to this

So i just removed the camera from the laser and plugged directly into my pc, still no picture, LB software does see the camera but no picture

It is a LB camera on tge back it has
WN-L186.K28-NB8MP
Windows 7 pro pc

Windows 7 Drivers for LightBurn Camera

If your desktop is Windows 7, you might need to install the UVC driver bundle. It’s standard on Win8 and later, but an add-on for Win7.
