I have mounted waveshare imx378 12mp USB camera on galvo head behind the lens of ComMarker OmniX . So, lens calibration of the camera was smooth, results all below 0.5. After printing those 4 dots, allign it was a piece of cake. All went well. BUT. When make overlay and when place wanted engraving design on the material, it mark off the spot. First I manually adjust x and y axis for the camera, and tried again. It is working but only in the “neighbourhood” of my corrected place. When I try to put mark on the other side of the board it is totaly missaligned. So, when i adjust for the place where the engraving need to be, it is spot on. But any other place is totaly missaligned. When you have just ONE chance to mark something very small, there is no possibility to try and adjust every time. Question is: what I ahve missed in this procedure?I believe it is an user error but for this kind of problem, maybe somone can pinpoint how to resolve it.
