Camera Setup Issue Initial Screen

I am installing my Lightburn camera and it shows up in the software but when select it to calibrate I am unable to get past the initial selection screen. I can view an image with other software so I know the camera is working.

Any advice?

Which version of Windows are you using?

If your desktop is Windows 7, you might need to install the UVC driver bundle. It’s standard on Win8 and later, but an add-on for Win7.
