Hello … I have a 600 x 400 bed and want to purchase a camera … it’s approx. 698 mm from the Lid (when opened) to my working bed height … would I need a 90 degree camera? … I realize there will less distance when I build the Camera mount.

With the 60 degree lens you wouldn’t have enough room, so yes, the 90 seems to be your best bet.
