I need to be able to cut through Acrylic and am seeing contradicting information about whether or not this is possible ., Please help

Depends on the color of the acrylic. Black is best and it might take some extra passes but it can be done.
What speed and power works the best?
The simple fact about what materials you can and cannot damage depend on the laser beam frequency.
Some materials will block it, like glass or acrylic with a co2 laser. The LED laser frequency is in the visible light spectrum, so anything you can see through will not be directly ‘lase-able’.
For engraving you can use ‘coatings’ like black marker, Paper underneath so it goes through and causes the damage on the paper which heats the back side…
You can probably find ‘general’ speeds and feeds, but you will have to figure out the details that’s right for you and your machine. Search this site…
