I see that is prepared to be connected to the laser machine by ethernet, but can I connect it by usb?.

Sorry, the LightBurn Bridge is only for use with lasers using Ruida controllers.

There are ways to do this, you can change the firmware to FluidNC which supports wireless network connectivity. Though, I don’t recommend using wireless connections. You could also use Bluetooth out of the box, then.
Another option is to use a USB-Ethernet bridge. If you have a long distance to your laser. Though, that’s also not recommended, always stay very close to the laser while it running.
