My laser all of a sudden stopped completing project today. I haven’t figured out why yet, but I wanted to know if I can start back at exactly the spot it lost communication? I hate wasting the wood.
One of the ways, you can scrub the ‘Preview’ window to the spot you want to continue from, then select the ‘Start here’ button for options. 
Hi, thanks for responding. The head doesnt go directly to that starting point. It is starting just above where it should be.
You will need to provide additional information and maybe an image showing what you are describing. It is difficult to “see” with the words you are using. Show us please.
WHere it started to burn was not where I picked on the preview window. The wood is in the exact location it was when it stopped initially.
Thank you. Where did you have the ‘Start From’ set when you first ran this job? Did that get changed when trying to finish? Looks like you had other issues in the first part of this job. Please explain.
The project started in the center of the board. Nothing was touched while it was burning, and the 1st time I tried your trick, I had it lined up pretty good I thought, but as you can see, it was off a 1/4 inch almost. As far as the lines early on in piece, I have no idea what caused that.
I had no issues yesterday after 6 hrs of run time, but I got started today, and havent completed a single project because of stoppage.
