I try to connect LightBurn with my laser (Jamp78 with a Ruida controller) and nothing happened ! Impossible to add my device
I’m working with a Mac Book Pro with Apple silicon ship M1 Pro
It’s possible to get support ?

Sounds like the Device Discovery Wizard did not find your laser? How are you trying to connect? If by USB cable, follow the instructions below to start the troubleshooting process:
First we need to work out if the laser is connected to your Mac and that the operating system has recognised it.
Describe in detail exactly how your laser is physically connected to the laser; are you using a USB-C adapter or hub? A USB extension cable? (Trying a different cable or adapter can often lead to a quick solution).
Connect the laser to your Mac and turn it on. (Click ‘Allow’ if you see a popup window asking to ‘Allow accessory to connect’)
Go to the Apple menu, where ‘About This Mac’ is, hold down the ‘option’ key and select ‘System Information’.
In the Hardware tree, click on ‘USB’, to see if any USB devices are present, you should see an FTDI device - something like this:
To confirm you are looking at the correct device, disconnect the cable to the laser and refresh the report (⌘-R), you should see the device disappear, and reappear when you reconnect and refresh again.
If you see a connected device try again with ‘Find My Laser’, and if no luck please share a screen shot of your USB device details from the System Information report, or copy and paste here directly from the report (like this):

Oh my God !
Thanks a lot for the answer !
The problem was with my USB connection… on my Laser system ! Actually we got 2 USB port, one specially for USB storage and the other for the computer.
I plug my Mac in the wrong port…
Everything work fine !
Thanks !
I also have a problem to connect my Falcon2 22W to my MacBook pro 2020 (Intel).
I’ve already tried everything described here but without success. I can’t get a connection and I don’t see any additional devices in the OS other than the permanently installed ones.
Many have found connection problems with Mac and their laser to be an issue with how MacOS translates, or rather doesn’t translate the onboard USB 3+ to the USB 2.0 of the laser. The most common solution seems to be using a "dumb: USB 2.0 hub connected though a Lightning adapter. Faulty, cheap USB cables are another source of problem for Mac and PC users alike. Get a high quality USB cable, with the ferrite core on the ends and a USB 2.0 hub and see if that solves your issue.
I’ve tried several cables and also ordered new, better ones, but nothing has changed.
I’ll try the tip with the HUB. Thank you.
The Hub was the solution. I took a USB 2- hub and it works fine. Thank you!
The Mac is obviously trying to establish a USB 3.1 connection via the USB-C cable, which doesn’t work. It does not recognize the Falcon2 as a USB2 device.
This is where the HUB comes into play, regardless of whether it is an USB 2 or USB 3.1 HUB, the Mac correctly recognizes it as either an USB 2 device or an 3.1 device.
The HUB then correctly forwards the messages to the port of the Falcon2.
