Cannot connect to engraver after update/re-license

I had to relicense and update my Ortur Laser Master 2, then it stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, restarted my computer, tried different troubleshooting threads and nothing. It is connected by usb (I bought a new one in case that was the problem). It says disconnected now, but it was showing different messages before.

Has a port been select in Laser window?

Yes it us using USB and has my device listed.This is what it says on startup:

That means it’s connected. The problem seems to be that you you don’t have the machine connected to power or your power supply is bad.
