I have LightBurn 1.3.01, built Tue 2022-12-13 @ 13:37 … I have no Material Library files, have searched the internet, and cannot find any, and cannot create one in Lightburn … pressing the “New” button just highlights the button, but does nothing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You need to populate your material library with at least one entry before you can create a New library.

You can actually also buy some material libraries for some machines, but beware, there is a lot of crap out there on the web.
Make your own with the experience you gather along the way in testing your materials, so you have something that fits and fits your machine.
