Im running Laguna Smartshop EX Co2 laser, first time . Lightburn loaded on Microsoft Surface Pro 6 windows 10, Lightburn cannot find laser when connected usb. There is no ethernet port. Suggestions? Im have RD works but not running when using LightBurn
Did you install the FTDI driver at the end of the LightBurn installation? You only need to do it once:
