I just installed lightburn on my wifes macbook since mine is not working anymore. I installet Lightburn but cannot find my laser. Tried manually but still nothing. ive tried to use both of the USB ports but nothing. Could it be the OS is older? High sierra 10.13.6. macbook air 2017… Using atomstack x20 pro with USB cable. Worked fine on the other mac

Not certain if this will help, I occasionally have to turn the table off and back on. If my mac running Sequoia 15.2 sleeps the the table is gone or simply does not respond.
I also have to go down toward lower right of lightburn and make cerrtain that I have both the correct table selected and then pick the suddenly reappeared usb port. These choices need a few seconds to actually appear to me. Lightburn first then the table.
