Try the solution in this thread by Colin. Then you may need to reinstall Lightburn.

Lightburn doesn't open (LightBurn 1.7.x -- After Windows Update)

A recent Windows update changed some Windows Runtime components that LightBurn uses. You may need to restore the components in order to open LightBurn.
