I am trying to install a new Spinel 8MP USB Camera Module SONY IMX179 to use as my camera and when I run the calibrate camera lens I get different images each time for the same capture, see attached. Not sure why the lens would be changing each time. I also am finding that the lens is very dark in the camera control window. Any help would be appreciated.
Hard to tell from the images, but is the ‘target’ about 1/9 of the size of the bed…?
Looks larger… at least in the ‘camera image’
My printer did it at ‘full page size’. I had to print it via gimp to get the correct size.
It’s fine to get a different image each time. Only concern yourself with the score. If the score is good proceed to the next calibration step.
