Cannot get Ortur to response

Hello

I am having problems getting the Ortur machine to respond while using the LB program. I have restarted the cpu, unplug & plug the usb. & then i realize the LB program is stuck when i use the positioning part. I have close & restarted LB program a few time but same response . can you advise me as what to do
