Trying to install the trail version and it wont install i get the above message
Have you tried immediately after a reboot (not shutdown/restart). If not it may well help.
Please provide the details of the OS you are running?

The title says there is an issue with both 32bit and 64bit versions, yet I only see the 64bit messaging.
Typically, we see this when one tries to install the 64 but version on a 32 bit machine, so a bit more information might help identify what might be happening here.
Yes Hard Reboot was tried still no luck
Apologies for the late replies, I was traveling abroad for work. I wanted to try this software. Im new to lasers and am currently using Lasergrbl. I find its lacking alot of things i want to do.
