I am running Lightburn v 1.7.08. New user. I am trying to create a template. I am trying to create a 9 squares template for engraving 4" coasters. If I create a 3 x 3 template I can not select any squares in the template. Researching the issue on line suggests that a ‘virtual template’ is turned on. I don’t even see that option. I am using the select tool. The squares are not grouped as the ungroup is not selectable. Ideas?
If it’s a virtual array, select and right click on the control item and choose edit array. You can then deselect Virtual Array. Or right click and select flatten array. That will make all individual elements editable.
Virtual Array is off. I cannot select the original square I created or any other so I cannot right click to see the options you speak of. Are you using the same version of Lightburn?
Yes, 1.7.08. Show your project, or better yet upload it so I can see what’s going on.

Not sure what to tell you. I loaded the file and am able to move everything individually. You’re correct, nothing is grouped and it’s not a virtual array. Maybe restart Lightburn and reopen the file.
