Cannot update any further than 1.5.00

Can someone help?
i’ve been running 1.5.00 on my laptop
and just updated my pc to 1.5.06
i cannot update my laptop any further than 1.5.00
ive tried going through all updates 0.1 to 0.6 but all i get is

THE CODE EXECUTION CANNOT PROCEED BECAUSE
VCRUNTIME 140-DLL WAS NOT FOUND, REINSTALLING
MAY FIXTHIS PROBLEM.
ive deleted and reinstalled lots of times but still get the same message.
is there a fix i can use

Thanks for replying, i didn’t install 2015 2022 as didn’t know what it was, after looking at your post i installed it and the download was successfully installed.
