Can't access license portal

I need to install Lightburn on a new PC. Moving from win7 to win10. I have my login and PW saved and I have the old email with my registration code but I can’t login to the license portal. I get a login failure and password reset requests never show up in my inbox.

I have removed the Win7 machine from your key, so you should be able to enter the key on the new computer now. The Key is registered under sales @ p1repair dot com. If you can still not login, send an email to support@lightburnsoftware.com, and we can help sort there.
