Can't change license to new laptop

I bought a new laptop and downloaded LightBurn. When I tried to activate using the key from my purchase a message came up saying I had already reached the maximum number of computers allowed. So I uninstalled LightBurn from the old laptop. However the same message still comes up when I try to activate on the new laptop. How can I get LightBurn to recognize that uninstall and allow activation on the new laptop>

Go to License Management on top of this page and remove unused licenses from your account.
