I Am New to lightburn, and i have tried breaking apart, and then auto joining lines, i have also tried close path with tolerance, and cannot get it to work.

A closed shape is one where contiguous line segments form a complete loop.
The shapes in your design are not constructed this way. I’ve created separation some of the shapes to illustrate this. You’ll need to modify the shapes such that they make a fully enclosed shape.
It won’t be entirely straightforward to correct this but a combination of Edit Nodes tool and Draw Lines tool should allow you to reconfigure the shapes.
So this has to be done as separate shapes?
Each closed shape will need to be a separate shape.
