Can't communicate with Monport 90w co2

First things, has it ever communicated with LightBurn? That is, is this your first time using LightBurn on this computer with this laser cutter?
Check your Monport lasers control panel; if there are any uncleared messages or errors, LightBurn will not be able to send data to the controller.
Next, if you unplug the USB cable (assuming that is what you are using) does the status change from Ready?
Ideally, we’ll need a bit more information to assist you further. Could you please provide it for us?
