Following the installation of the software, I can’t connect my machine.
It’s via USB cable. I change all of the ports in the CPU and there are not connection at all.
Under “Universal Bus Controllers” in Windows 10, it says “Unknown USB device” (Device descriptor request failed)"
Do I need some drivers or something else I’m missing?

Yes, that is likely. Did you try to install the FTDI driver at the end of the LightBurn installation process, and see if this resolves the issue?
I didn’t see that option about this driver.
Can I install it after the installation?
Yes, you can run through the process again. It’s on the last page of the Windows LightBurn software install, called the FTDI driver
