Can't connect to Laser Master 3

How can I connect my Laser Master 3 to an additional wi fi network or at least by usb cable. I had it connected via wi fi at my house but I brought laser to work today assuming it would recognize a different wi fi network and allow me to connect to it but I can’t get anything to work. I tried connecting with the usb cable and it still says disconnected. I have restarted, unplugged, reset everything I can think of but nothing. I looked in the machine and device setting for anything dealing with wi fi but haven’t found anything.

Do you have installed the ch-340 driver?
Assuming you are using window when you connect the cable from machine to computer does windows detect connection?

Thank you for replying. I guess I haven’t installed the ch-340 driver as I have no clue what that is. Sorry but I’m not very good at computers. I’m running Windows 10. When I plugged in the machine the first time and connected via usb cable my computer recognized it and everything worked fine. (this is my first laser and only got it a couple weeks ago) A couple days ago I I finally figured out how to connect via wi fi and it worked fine again. Yesterday I took the laser to the fire station and during some down time was gonna mess around on it but I couldn’t find a way to connect to the fire station wi fi so I connected via the usb cable and but my computer doesn’t recognize anything now. I would just like to be able to connect to different wi fi networks when needed and/or connect via usb cable when necessary without needing to go obtain a computer science degree to make it happen)I’m assuming (hoping) that there is just some buttons in Lightburn that can do this and I just don’t know about them or how they work. I’ve reached out to Lightburn but gotten no reply. Most other electronic tools/devices big or small usually make this stuff really simple(for me) but this platform and their support system seems way more difficult. I’d appreciate any advice while hoping its not to hard for me. Thank you very much in advance. - Brian

In the laser window click on the devices button then click on your laser. This will show some info at the bottom of the screen. Take a screenshot of that window and post it here.

If it worked before is not ch-340 driver unless you uninstalled it.
I not very good with computers too but I know when computer don’t find the machine, can be necessary to install the driver.

Someone comes in your help soon.

No worries bud, I appreciate the help anyway!
