Can't connect to server to activate licence

Hi,

I am trying to open our 25 school lab PCs accessible for all users. I configured the PCs as per the instruction in the link below and it is working for any users if I connect the network with mobile data only.

I know that our school network was restricted for LightBurn website. So recently we whitelisted the website api.cryptlex.com. However, still it can’t be connect to the server. Is there any other website I need to whitelist?

Make sure they whitelist the correct ports - it’s HTTPS, not HTTP, but that should be it.
