This is from the Lightburn site on supported controllers…
Supported Trocen controllers include the AWC708C, AWC608, and TL-3120.
Is yours the tl-3120?
If it’s supported and has an Ethernet connection, drop the usb and go Ethernet…
Good luck
I use the TL-A1 and I read in this forum that it was added in 2019.
I can’t keep up, I just know that not all Trocen seem to work.
If possible, switch to Ethernet…
You need to be able to see the connection for usb (actually either) on your computer.
Have you used lsusb to look at the usb ports and see if they are recognized?
This is mine machine… The BJJCZ USBLMCV4 is my fiber usb connection.

Thx a lot for your help.
The Controller does not have Ethernet, but it has wifi.
When i lookup lsusb i can see my controller in the list.
I would guess the wifi is the same as an Ethernet wired connection.
I haven’t done this, so I can’t help you much past this point.
Good luck
What is the output?
Do you see messages for the laser in dmesg output?
Most importantly, do you see a serial device created for your laser in /dev?
