Can't find license key!

HI, I need help finding my license key as we need to move it over to a new computer. I can’t find it anywhere and Lightburn say they cant find any details of my email address or company name! Can anyone help? We definitely paid for it in the first instance. Thanks

When and how did you buy LightBurn?

It’s going to be a challenge if LightBurn has no record of your transaction.

Typically the advice would be:

  1. check all possible email accounts that could have been used to purchase the license. That’s how the license key would have been first delivered to you
  2. check the License Portal. However, that requires logging in with the email address associated with the key.
