hi, i cant get my laser to show up for setup. i have the atomstack a5 pro running on macbook air monterey. im not sure which device to choose when trying to add manually
It should show up as “USB…”.
If it doesn’t then you might have the issue that it doesn’t work with a direct cable from the Mac to the Laser.
Use a USB-C to USB-A hub or dock and from there a USB-A to USB-C cable.
This way the controller on the laser is found as a USB-Serial port on the Mac.
There’s no need to install any USB-Serial driver on current versions of macOS, it’s all included!
