Are all the shapes closed? Quickest way to tell is to set the layer to fill and do a preview.

Iām kind of new at this and for me anyway weld can be tricky. Did you try to ungroup everything first? Convert text to path? Please post when you find solution. I just tried some text, added an overlapping box, nothing else. Welded fine.

micrololin it was a tinny part of the rouded shape not closed.
