I am new at this but consider myself intermediate to computer skills. So I followed every single step to get the laser to work. I can get it to work with the xTool Creative Space but not with lightburn software. The only step I am having problems with is that when I try to download the configuration file xTool-D1ProV3.lbdev my computer keeps asking me what program i want to use to open the file. I have an HP computer with windows 11. I even tried doing this process on my macbook pro and same issue. I need help. I tried contacting via email support but nothing yet from them. thank you in advance
There’s no need to open the file. Just download the file. You will import the file from LightBurn during the device creation process.
