I have placed an order with Lightburn, for a camera. For some reason I can’t now log in, the site doesn’t recognise my email address. Only give me an option if I have forgotten my password. How do I get in contact with them.
You haven’t created an account on our main site (at least, not with the address you ordered with). The only thing that would give you is faster info if re-ordering.
What is it that you’re looking for? We do have a ‘Contact us’ link on the top of the main site, which directs you to our support email or here. You are in contact with “them” (us). What can we do for you?
