Can't print to PDF even though I have a paid Adobe account

When I try to print to PDF, I get an error message that says I don’t have an Adobe account. But I do. Is there a way to log into Adobe in Lightburn or something? Or is this a Windows/Adobe issue and separate issue from the Lightburn software?

I have to admit to being a bit confused by your question. There’s no need for an Adobe account to print to PDF, just use the in-built Microsoft PDF print driver:

Hope this helps.

How do I get to that dialog box? This is what happens when I click on Print:

I’m on Windows 11 so it looks a bit different to yours. If you use the ‘Microsoft Print to PDF’ instead this will allow you to print to PDF.

As far as the Adobe PDF driver goes then this has nothing to do with LightBurn and maybe you have to be logged in elsewhere to use it (but I don’t know for certain).

Select this one:

Edit: I was too slow

This resolved the issue, thank you!
