Can't resize LightBurn window on Windows 10

Hi,

I have been using LightBurn for about a week on my Windows 10 machine.

Suddenly, yesterday, I am unable to resize the LightBurn window (something I have been able to do previously).

This subject was addressed in a previous post (“Cannot Resize Lightburn Window”, August 1924), but that post’s resolution does not help me. LightBurnsaid to use a display resolution higher than 1024-768; mine is set at the Microsoft recommended 1920x1080. Additionally, LightBurn suggested reducing the size of the LightBurn buttons; but when I reduced them to their smallest size, they are nearly unreadable and more importantly it did not solve the problem.

In fact, the problem seems more complex than simply not able to resize the window. I am able to change the horizontal dimension by putting the cursor on the side of the window and dragging, but any attempt at changing the vertical dimension causes the LightBurn window to jump down rapidly at several inches a jump until it disappears at the bottom. At that point, it is irretrievable. I have to close the app and start over.

If I’m quick enough to stop the jumps, I am able to drag the entire window back into view by clicking the title bar and dragging up, but the window does not resize.

The only way I am able to use LightBurn now is in maximum display mode; otherwise, the bottom row of layer labels is hidden below the bottom edge of the screen.

Thanks, Jerry

Dskall: Thanks. “Reset to default” did the trick.

Also, not sure why, but only way I could get this text into the thread was to edit my post. None of the “reply” links work. ???

Can we get a screenshot?
Also have you tried “reset to default” in the window tab?
