Can't seem to get License Portal open

Ultimately I am trying to setup Lightburn on my laptop for use in the shop. So following what I have found here I am trying to login to the License portal. Since I have never done this before, following the instructions, I have asked for a password reset. I tried both my email and my phone for an sms and after 10+ minutes, I have still not received anything. (Yes I am certain it is not in my junk mail and I have no other spam filter setup on my computer.) How do I get into this so I can setup my second computer?

Your best bet would be to e-mail LightBurn support (support@lightburnsoftware.com) and they can assist you in sorting out the details of your License Portal account.
